Fluffy and soft, sweet and tasty! This is our delightful light cheese cake, known as the "Uncle Tetsu Cheesecake", which originated in Hakada, Japan in 1948. Similar to chiffon cake, light cheese cake has a fluffy texture produced by whipping egg white and egg yolk separately. It contains less sugar and less cheese to the Western cheese cake.
